The team at CJS would like to wish our Romanian friends a very Happy Easter this weekend. In Romania it is tradition on the first day of Easter knock painted eggs together with someone you wish to see in the afterlife. In Romania some of the traditional foods eaten on this joyous occasion are Cozonac a sweet bread and Pasca which is a traditional Easter cheesecake.
