This year’s theme for International Women’s Day (IWD) is #AccelerateAction – a call to recognise strategies, resources, and activities that support and drive the advancement of women. It’s about not just acknowledging the need for change but actively creating it.
In an industry like construction, which has traditionally been male-dominated, any progress in supporting women is a powerful step forward. At CJS, we take pride in being part of that change. We’re continuously working to challenge stereotypes, address bias, and celebrate the achievements of women in our field.
