On the 30th November 2015, CJS arranged for a passionate Labourer named Laurentiu Badoi, to attend a project for Overbury.
In June 2018 Laurentiu completed his first day at Shell Tower as a Supervisor he continued to work at the project for 3 years.
Since February 2021 Laurentiu has worked extremely hard as a Logistics Manager for many major Overbury projects. For the last 8 years he has received various promotions, built a fantastic Labour team and has also helped many members of his team to learn and gain qualifications in other roles.
In August 2023, Laurentiu received a direct offer from Overbury Plc as a Construction Manager, which Laurentiu has accepted and on the 1st of September was his first day as an official Overbury Employee.
In the years that Laurentiu has worked with CJS we have watched him grow into an amazing employee and an amazing father of a beautiful baby boy.
We are incredibly pleased and proud of him.
